Platonic Systems was a small startup with big ambitions and a limited marketing budget, so they were looking for a way to make a big impact on their sales pipeline without breaking the bank. 

  • Platonic Systems targets a specific audience in the software startup space, ranging from startups to small-and-medium-sized businesses, and even enterprise-level brands.
  • With most cold prospects being 3-6 months out from needing staff augmentation or functional programming, we needed to think outside the box to find warmer leads that had more of an immediate need for Platonic Systems' services. 

Solution

Platonic Systems ran a 9-month lead generation campaign to leverage LinkedIn’s precise targeting capabilities and accurate first-party data. Connecting the Principal, Isaac Shapira directly to the C-Level decision makers at companies that fit the ideal customer profile, we built a large pipeline of sales-qualified leads with projects with software and staff augmentation needs within the next 3-12 months. 

To supplement, we found leads through LinkedIn jobs and Indeed who needed immediate Haskell, Nix, PureScript, Elm, Dyalog APL, Julia, and Python engineers to build their MVP and/or join their team. In addition to outbound prospecting, we launched a strategic LinkedIn ad campaign using a combination of thought leadership content and an offer for a free 30 minute consultation.
